The humble beginnings of Afters Espresso and Desserts started when proprietor, Vincent Fideles, invested on a food cart franchise with his cousin. The success of his food cart then enabled Vincent to venture on to higher business opportunities.

He went on to train to become a gelato artisan and barista and used his new skillset to start his own coffee and gelato stand, Afters Espresso and Desserts, for bazaars and night markets, providing the public with fresh, hand-made classic Italian-style gelato in a variety of flavors.

Vincent then evolved this business by opening his very own dessert café in Tomas Morato, Quezon City. Today, one can avail of a quality brew from Afters, and cool down with their famous store-made gelato.
